Privacy Policy

Who this covers

ServiceRove, operated by Senco Computer Systems, Inc., provides job-management software to independent mobile service businesses (“shops”). This policy covers the information we hold, both for shop owners who use the software and for their customers who receive estimates, invoices and messages through it.

A shop contacts its customers about their visit by email, and by text message where that shop has texting enabled. Both carry the same kinds of thing — the appointment, the estimate, the invoice and the receipt — and neither is used for marketing.

What we collect

We do not use advertising or marketing trackers, and we run no analytics beyond the request logging our hosting provider performs by default.

Mobile numbers and text messaging

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages are sent only for the job a customer has asked a shop to do — appointment confirmations, estimates ready to review, invoices and receipts. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our text message consent page for how consent is collected.

Separately, ServiceRove itself texts the mobile number an account holder has added to their own account, from its own number, and sends exactly four kinds of text: a one-time sign-in code when they request one, a code to confirm a mobile they are adding or changing, a notice to the previous mobile when the mobile on an account is changed or removed, and the reply to HELP. Never for marketing. Reply STOP to that number to stop sign-in texts, START to resume, or HELP for help; you can always sign in by email instead. How that works is on our sign-in codes by text page.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of service providers to operate the software, and they receive only what they need to do their part:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Each shop’s data is separate

A shop’s records are visible only to that shop, and to the customers it sends links to. Shops cannot see each other’s customers, jobs or money.

How long we keep it

We keep a shop’s records for as long as they use the service, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations. Job history, invoices and receipts are business records and are kept rather than deleted on request, because a shop and its customers may need them.

Your choices

If you are a customer of a shop and want to know what is held about you, corrected, or your contact details removed, contact the shop directly — it is their record. You can also write to us at support@servicerove.com and we will help. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails using the unsubscribe link they carry.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Questions go to support@servicerove.com.
